The Theory of Relativity

I thought I'd start today with a quote. I might start with a quote on all future posts.

"When you are courting a nice girl, an hour seems like a second. When you sit on a red-hot cinder, a second seems like an hour. That's relativity." Albert Einstein

Now that might sound a bit dated, you know its been a while since I heard anyone say they were courting a girl but all the same the sentiment is there and still valid. When you are excited and joyful about something, time flies by & when you are unhappy time seems to go on forever. Ever consider that time drags when you are miserable because all you think about is how miserable you are? I like the way he ties relativity to it. Time is relative to your state of mind. Hows that for deep? Now consider this; your health is connected to your state of mind. If you are worried or stressed out you likely have back problems. oooh, another deep thought that some of you might dismiss as ridiculous. Go read Louise M Hay's You Can Heal Your Life. She explains it all including pretty much every ailment and its connection with what you have going on in your head. And don't think that she is says its all in your head (psychosomatic) because that's not it at all. It's the physical manifestation of a mental thing and the physical manifestation is very real. But being real doesn't mean incurable.

Now some of you might be thinking wait, you are into nutrition and say that nutrition is the key to good health. Yep, I do say that. I also say that good cognitative ability comes from two things; what you feed your body and what you feed your mind. Two things that need to be fed every day. So what is your brain been dining on lately? CNN? MSNBC? or Down the Rabbit Hole?

For no particular reason I have decided to include a picture today and one seemingly totally unrelated to this post but when I see this picture I feel good and maybe you will too.
