The Stimulus Package

I saw President Obama on the television last night talking about stimulating the economy and I believe I see a gaping hole in the plan. So here is MY fix for that;
ADD ANOTHER ONE BILLION TO THE MASSIVE PACKAGE AND GIVE EVERYONE WHO FILED A TAX RETURN LAST YEAR 3 MILLION DOLLARS! Heck add a half billion and give everyone 1.5 million dollars. The package as it stands doesn't provide fast enough relief for people who already haven't been paying their mortgage, have had to go to food banks for food, etc. With a million or more in their bank accounts, who would default on their mortgage? Massive spending would follow that taxpayer bailout. Why should the businesses that are in trouble because of their excessive compensation packages for senior execs be the only ones to prosper from the bailout. Give the people some of that money.
